Support Groups for Family Members

NAMIFSG

NAMI Family Support Group is a peer-led support group for family members, caregivers and loved ones of individuals living with mental illness. Gain insight from the challenges and successes of others facing similar circumstances. These groups are designed for adult loved ones (18+) of individuals living with mental illness and are confidential. No specific medical therapy or medication is endorsed or recommended.

Support Groups for Individuals Living with Mental Illness

NAMI-Peer-Support-Groups

NAMI Connection Recovery Support Group is a free, peer-led support group for adults living with mental illness. You will gain insight from hearing the challenges and successes of others. The groups are led by NAMI-trained facilitators who’ve been there.

Support Groups for Young Adults

NAMI PBC Young Adults Support Group (Ages 18-35)
The NAMI Young Adults Support Group is a social/support group for young people, ages 18–35, who are living with a mental health condition. This group provides a members’ network to provide support and advocacy for one another.
